Join us for a presentation by Ken Jacobs, Exploration Ground Systems Operations Project Engineer with NASA’s Systems Engineering & Integration team, on The Artemis Program – NASA’s Return to the Moon. Ken will provide an overview of the Artemis Program, highlight Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and ground systems activities, recap the Artemis I mission, and share the latest on Artemis II preparations—the first planned crewed mission in the program. Drawing from his role monitoring the liquid-propellant engines during Artemis I, Ken will also offer insights into the challenges and opportunities of returning humans to the Moon and laying the foundation for future exploration of Mars. A Q&A session will follow.
