In this workshop, we will work on how English modifiers can be placed in sentences for different effects. We will examine adjectival and adverbial phrases and think through the most effective placement for such words in sentences.
This event will be held in-person at the School of Literatures, Cultures, and Linguistics (SLCL) in conference room 4080A. It is open to current University of Illinois affiliates (students, faculty, and staff).
