Experience the vibrant and multifaceted culture of Indonesia at this Intercultural Spotlight event! The program opens with a captivating Ratoh Jaroe dance performance, followed by a presentation highlighting Indonesia’s remarkable geographic diversity, rich cultural heritage, and deep-rooted traditions. Learn about the country’s many languages, festivals, and religious customs that reflect its dynamic identity as the world’s largest archipelago. 

After the presentation, participants can further explore Indonesian culture by tasting traditional foods, playing classic games like congklak and batu lima, and visiting a photo booth featuring traditional costumes and props. Guests can also try out basic moves of the Ratoh Jaroe dance and learn to play the gendang drum. 

Through engaging performances, stories, and hands-on activities, you will gain a deeper appreciation of Indonesia’s creativity, diversity, and cultural spirit! Free and open to all.
