Join the International and Area Studies Library for our first International Cooking Show of the Fall 2021 semester! Svjetlana Stekovic will be making Buranija, a delicious bean stew from Bosnia. The show will last approximately one hour and will be recorded for later inclusion on IAS’ Illinois Media Space page. All participants will receive a written copy of the recipe after the show and are encouraged to ask questions and interact during the show. We hope to see you there!
