Microsoft's Skype for Business provides a single interface on your computer uniting voice communications, instant messaging, and audio/video conferencing. In this 1-hour online workshop, you will learn the basics to get started including navigating the interface, learning about availability or presence status, adding contacts to a contact list, and more. We will explore voice and video features, settings, and messaging.
Prerequisite: Familiarity with Windows and the mouse
