Trip Highlights:
Gichigamiin Indigenous Nations Museum
Located in Evanston, this museum (formerly the Mitchell Museum of the American Indian) is dedicated to sharing the histories, cultures, and present-day experiences of Indigenous peoples from the U.S. and Canada. It’s one of the few museums in the country with this specific focus.
4th Annual NAISA Traditional Spring Pow Wow
Hosted by Northwestern’s Native American and Indigenous Student Alliance, this Pow Wow is a vibrant, intergenerational gathering open to all. Enjoy traditional dancing, singing, regalia, vendors, and a strong sense of Native community and celebration.
Chicago’s Chinatown
Explore the sights, shops, and eateries of one of Chicago’s most historic and culturally rich neighborhoods. Dinner will be on your own during this free time.

- Cancellation/Refund Policy: Please note that cancellations and requests for refunds will only be granted until Monday, April 28 at 11:59pm. Any refunds issued will incur a $5 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on or after Tuesday, April 29 will not be issued any refunds. Mandatory Pre-Trip Meeting
Thursday, May 1 at 6:00PM - 7:00PM at
Led by Native American House, this session will provide important background on Native American culture and history, Pow Wows, cultural etiquette, FAQs, and trip logistics. Dinner will be provided. You must attend to participate in the trip.
