The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) is a multi-semester, self-customization program for any Illinois student.
This program is designed to provide you with a customized experience for developing leadership competencies from the Illinois Model of Leadership through leadership education and training, co-curricular involvement, self-reflection, and coaching.
The Cohort Meetup is designed to keep momentum going amongst the cohorts. This event will include icebreakers, team-building activities, and cohort discussions about their progress in the program. This event is invitation only – new students to the program will receive an email with more details about this event following the Cohort Kickoff.
