Online Integrity i-Program (3 hrs)
The online Integrity program focuses on skills necessary for interpersonal and organizational ethical leadership.
Students who participate in online Integrity will engage in virtual discussions and complete activities around values, ethics, and morals and discuss how to successfully navigate them.
As a result of this i-Program, students will
- Define integrity as well as other key ethical terms and concepts (e.g., rationalizations, unconscious bias, framing).
- Identify personal values and their impact/influence on decision making in ethical situations.
- Distinguish an ethical dilemma from a moral temptation
Students who enroll in this program on Compass will be added to an i-Program roster on the ILC website once your responses have been reviewed. Once added to this roster, participants will be able to download a Certificate of Completion to receive a confirmation of completion.
**Please note, Online Integrity will be available from May 18th to June 29th**
Below are instructions to self-enroll into this program:
- Log in to Compass, https://compass2g.illinois.edu/
- On the left hand side, scroll to the bottom and click “Browse Course Catalog”.
- Search for “Online Integrity i-Program Summer 2020”
- Click the down arrow next to the course and select “Enroll” and Submit
Please note, students do not need to sign up for this i-Program on the ILC website per usual.
