Managing Large Projects: Whether tackling a group project in class, organizing an event for a student organization, or supervising a team in the workplace, you will likely face complicated projects in your career as a graduate student and beyond. In this interactive workshop, you will learn about project management concepts then apply them in a practical case study to help you think strategically about difficult projects. You will leave this workshop with tools to help you navigate your next great challenge more efficiently, while also helping you identify and communicate translatable skills.
