In this workshop, we will talk through project management concepts then apply them in practical examples to help you think strategically about difficult projects. You will leave this workshop with tools to help you navigate your next great challenge more efficiently, while also helping you identify and communicate translatable skills. This workshop does not require any previous project management knowledge or experience to participate.
