Tips for navigating a successful career fair
1. Update your resume and have it reviewed by a career advisor prior to the fair to ensure that it is employer-ready.
2. Research the list of companies attending the fair. Prioritize the companies that you want to visit as you likely won’t have time to visit every booth.
3. Bring several paper copies of your resume to the event.
4. Dress to impress. Select professional attire that you feel comfortable and confident wearing.
5. Please do not attend the fair if you are feeling unwell.
