The Healthy Illini Podcast is a new resource from McKinley Health Center featuring weekly health and wellness topics to Keep You Well to Excel. February is here! For many people, students included, that brings thoughts to Valentine’s day and relationships. Today we will hear from one of McKinley's mental health providers about relationships and what type of characteristics can indicate a healthy or an unhealthy relationship. We will also share ways to nurture relationships and identify resources to help someone who may need to eliminate one.
