Quarantine and working/taking classes from home has brought so many challenges and additional, unique stressors to students’ lives. You might have found yourself drinking more caffeine than usual or running to Starbucks or Dunkin in the morning before Zoom class. In this workshop we will talk about the nutritional considerations of our favorite caffeinated beverages and share a couple of recipes for delicious coffee drinks at home (plus one non-coffee drink recipe for those that don't like coffee)!
