Steph Pierce is an entrepreneur, executive coach, podcaster, and sought-after corporate consultant with a mission to ignite leaders to live and work with purpose and passion. Through her corporate consulting firm KJP Consulting, group coaching program Flux to Flow, podcast “Her Next Chapter,” and community events playfully called “Cocktails & Conversations,” Steph skillfully helps clients find their unique way to live and lead lives that bring joy.
Stephanie spent 24 years as a corporate executive leading teams in HR & Engineering. Stephanie holds a B.S degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
