Ryan Hoch, a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Class of 2009) with a major in General Engineering, is the co-founder and CEO of Overgrad. Overgrad is the leading technology platform assisting K-12 schools, districts, and their communities in executing data-driven strategies to boost the economic mobility of their students. Before founding Overgrad, Ryan was a high school math teacher in St. Louis through Teach For America and a technology consultant at Deloitte.
