The Inaugural ISE Student Conference
Celebrate ISE’s 100th anniversary by participating in the Inaugural ISE Student Conference on Monday, April 29!
The conference offers ISE graduate students the opportunity to share their research work through an oral presentation or a poster. All concentrations in the ISE department (Data Analytics/ Decision and Control Systems/ Design and Manufacturing/ Financial Engineering/ Operations Research/ Human Factors) and related research are welcomed.
We invite you to come meet fellow ISE graduate students, learn about the work conducted across the department, and share your work with ISE students and faculty. It is a great opportunity to showcase your ideas, thesis work, or published papers.
The conference will include keynote speakers, oral presentations, posters, and plenty of networking and chat opportunities.
Oral presentations:
We are thrilled to invite speakers to seize the spotlight in our oral sessions. Your presentations will span 15-20 minutes including Q&A. Please submit the speakers’ names, the title of the presentation, and the abstract at https://forms.gle/nv6uhumQHfVmNXxG8 before Friday, March 8.
We request all participants in the oral presentation session to have an accompanying poster for the poster session.
Poster session:
Embrace the opportunity to showcase your innovative ideas or current work through poster presentations. We are also excited to announce that we will be organizing a competition, and the winning poster will be recognized for its outstanding performance. Please submit the speakers’ names and the title of the poster at https://forms.gle/8rjNgTCECm7L8tej7before Friday, March 8.
