The University of Illinois Research Park LLC Board of Managers meets three times a year, on the first Monday of February, June and October.

The open session portion of the meeting is open to the public.
The Research Park is governed by the University of Illinois Research Park LLC Board of Managers. All members of the Board of Managers are appointed by the University of Illinois Board of Trustees.
