Calling all SLCL graduate students: Please join us for this workshop conducted by the University of Illinois Counseling Center.
We believe it is important to have a space to identify and discuss self-care strategies, learn how to care for others who may be experiencing difficult times, foster a sense of belonging and inclusiveness, and learn about the many mental wellness resources available on campus. We hope this workshop will help fill that vital space.
There will be plenty of time for questions, as well as time to interact with your fellow graduate students. Refreshments will be provided.
The event is also open to SLCL faculty. No registration is required.
