Future Weird: Adventures in Spacetime emerges from a cross-disciplinary course spanning art, physics, astronomy, and emerging technologies.
Through individual and collaborative projects, students from across campus draw on established scientific ideas and speculative storytelling. This exhibition explores states of transition and connection: branching timelines, entangled systems, and the tension between the finite and the infinite.
These works investigate the strange logics that govern both the cosmos and our daily lives. What does it feel like to inhabit a warped timeline? To exist in two states at once? To encounter a system on the edge of collapse?
Here, scientific knowledge and imagination work in tandem, opening ways of thinking beyond binaries and isolation. What emerges is not a single vision of the future, but a constellation of them.
