AbstractThere has been lots of progress in understanding phases of matter for both pure states and mixed states in the Entanglement Boostrap program. In this talk, I will talk about our progress in understanding 2+1D chiral gapped phases from the Entanglement Bootstrap point of view. Chiral gapped phases have many interesting features such as ungappable edges and universal corner contributions in the entanglement entropies. Some of them also have non-zero chiral central charges. These features make it quite different from the string-net groundstates. It is also algebraically closely related to 1+1D conformal field theories (CFTs). During this talk, I will discuss the constraints to the representative states of chiral gapped phase from non-zero chiral central charge, as well as an approach to an operator algebra correspondence between chiral gapped phases and 1+1D CFTs within the Entanglement Boostrap framework.
