Dr. Ellen Moodie's lecture "Liberalism, Political Futures, and El Salvador's Baby Boomers" has been postponed to Fall 2024.
Abstract: “In this presentation I share my struggles to conclude ethnographic research on activism and generational change in El Salvador. It begins in 2011, that year of global protests, of openings, of hope. It ends this year, a moment of the military patrolling the streets and social movements dispersed.”
