CLACS K-12 PDH Series
Join the National Museum of Mexican Art for a workshop on paper based artisan crafts common during Day of the Dead. Paper Flowers and Papel Picado are commonly used to decorate in Mexico but have a particularly special context during Day of the Dead. Although both crafts can be made by master artisans, in this workshop you will learn different access points and versions of the crafts suitable for different ages and grade ranges. Come and learn more about Mexican Culture, Day of the Dead, and teaching methods and techniques for different ages.
Registration required. Limited spaces.
