Registration for After Hours in Chicago launches at 12:00pm today (11/1/2023)!
But we're doing things a little differently this time around:

1. After 12pm today, using the button below, please complete our Student Interest Form.
NOTE: Once you submit this form, you are NOT guaranteed admission; you have simply indicated that you are interested in attending this event.
2. The Student Interest Form will STOP receiving responses on Friday, Nov. 3rd at 5:00PM.
All students who are interested in attending MUST submit a form by this deadline--no exceptions
3. On Monday, Nov. 6th, students who have been selected to attend this event will receive a confirmation email from the CS in Chicago Team [chicago-staff@cs.illinois.edu]. All other students will be added to our waitlist.
--If you receive a confirmation email on Monday, you have 24 hours to respond and let us know that you are actually coming to After Hours in Chicago.
--If you do NOT respond, your spot will be given to a waitlisted student -- you will NOT be permitted to attend this event.
4. All students will be notified of their status by Wednesday, Nov. 8th.

You can travel on your own or reserve your seat on a chartered bus -- leaving UIUC's campus at 3:00 PM and returning by 10:30 PM.
