Curious about Chemistry at Illinois research and students? Join us to hear from our undergraduates as they share about their experience as researchers in Chemistry labs this summer. This virtual event will feature short presentations and Q&A with each student researcher.

About the Speakers

Bolade Abiola-Fagba is a rising sophomore in the Division of Exploratory Studies. Her passion for science and research inspires her to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical field.

Carlos Nava is a rising senior working under the Olshansky Lab. Outside of lab, he enjoys playing sports and being in nature.

Viktoriya Zamkova is a sophomore chemistry student at the University of Illinois, conducting research in the Sweedler Lab. Her work focuses on protein expression in brain cells using alkaline phosphatase-based immunohistochemistry.
