The next installment of the Research and Language Learning Series for Fall 2024 will be taking place on Wednesday, December 4, at 3:00 pm Central Time through Zoom. This series was developed by the Slavic Reference Service in Fall 2021. We are jointly hosting this online discussion series with Language Workshop at Indiana University, American Councils, the Melikian Center at Arizona State University, and the Russian, East European, and Eurasian Center at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
This series invites established scholars to discuss the role language proficiency plays in research, with examples from their own scholarly work. We welcome language learners of all academic backgrounds to participate in these discussions.
