On Thursday March 7, at 5:00 to 6:00 PM, in room 142, the Psychology Department will host an informational workshop for graduate students interested in applying for fellowships, either internal (e.g., Graduate College Dissertation Completion Fellowship) or external (e.g., NSF, AAUW, AERA, APA).
Please come if you are working on an application now, if you plan to submit one next fall, or if you are looking for information about what fellowship opportunities might be available.
The workshop will feature Dr. Dana Johnson, the Director of External Fellowships in the Graduate College. You will also hear from current Ph.D. students with fellowships, who can answer questions about their experiences, and graduate student Lance Du, who is in charge of the Psychology Writing Support Center.
Light refreshments starting at 4:45PM.
