Important Updates
Due to overwhelming interest, we have made the following changes:
- New Venue: The event will now take place in the auditorium of the Campus Instructional Facility to accommodate more attendees (500 seats).
- Seating: Available on a first-come, first-served basis. We anticipate reaching full capacity quickly.
- Overflow Seating: Available in the Monumental Study Steps area with live streaming (400 seats).
- Live Stream: The event will be streamed on our YouTube Channel for those unable to attend in person.
Arrival Instructions
If attending in person:
- Do not arrive before 3:30 p.m. to allow for smooth class traffic flow.
- Doors open at 3:45 p.m. Arrive promptly to secure your seat.
- Follow staff guidance for lining up outside the building no earlier than 3:30 p.m. (The line will start along S. Wright St. and wrap around W. Springfield Ave.)
