Google DeepMind's Anand Rangarajan Talk + Q&A

Dear Colleagues, 
 
Anand Rangarajan, VP Engineering in Google DeepMind, will be visiting UIUC next week, on Mon, Aug 24. He is working on improving Gemini models and helping apply such models to various products both inside and outside Google.
 
We have scheduled a talk+discussion with him on Mon, Aug 24, 11am-12noon, SC 2124. You are welcome to join, and please share this with your group and your colleagues. The tentative plan is -- he will talk for ~15 mins on some topics, and then we will open it up for q&a and discussions.  This will be an in-person event.
