Dr. Mike Yao (GIES and College of Media, U of I) of the MTSB (Media, Technology, and Social Behavior) Research Lab comes to VR Club to discuss! Dr. Yao - who also happens to be a professor of Digital Media and the director of the Institute of Communications Research (ICR) - will join us to discuss his research, which navigates the connections between media, tech, society, and human communication.
