The symposium format will feature multiple lightning presentations of 3-4 minutes each. During this time, faculty and staff can showcase any efforts they have undertaken in classrooms/labs to foster inclusivity. This may include but not be limited to: development of course materials and resources, class policies and procedures, communication practices with students, content creation, instruction strategies, and assessment practices. We encourage you to think about purposeful efforts undertaken to promote access, equity, and inclusion and to leverage the power and potential of diverse learners and learning experiences through high-impact engineering education.
