Emily Schrader joined Phigenics in April 2020 and is located in the Chicago Area. As an Area Manager with Phigenics, Emily’s role is to work with clients to effectively implement water management programs. Emily specializes in helping her clients maintain alignment with industry standards, reduce the risk of waterborne pathogen disease, and optimize the total cost of their water systems by improving both safety and efficiency.

Emily graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2016 with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a secondary focus in Economics and Finance. After college, she worked as a water treatment engineer in the food/beverage, manufacturing, and biofuel industries. Her knowledge includes water treatment and optimization of boilers, cooling towers, closed loops, and potable water systems.

Emily is an active member of Healthcare Engineers Society of Northern Illinois (HESNI) and the Association of Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC).

Leslie Savoie - With eight years experience leading Water Management Teams, Leslie Savoie has been instrumental in helping clients ensure their water management program is being implemented as designed. Leslie specializes in helping members of the water management team achieve alignment with industry standards (ANSI/ASHRAE 188:2018), prevent disease and injury from Legionella and other waterborne pathogens, improve water and energy efficiency and optimize the total cost of water systems. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association (WHEA) and the Association for Professionals in Infection Prevention. Leslie Reading has a B.S. in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
