I will discuss research from wide-field fluorescence imaging to Minflux, geared to look at dynamics of protein-protein and protein-RNA interactions in cells ranging from culture to live animals, as well as models of the cytoplasm from all-atom to coarse-grained to whole cell to interpret dynamical data.
