Stephanie Richartz is a 2015 University of Illinois ISE Alumna with a concentration in manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics and a minor in Communication. Outside of academics, during her time at University of Illinois, Stephanie was a pole vaulter on the women’s track and field team. She won 5 Big Ten Championships, placed 3rd at NCAA Nationals twice, and even went to the London Olympic Trials in 2012. In between academic years she had internships with John Deere and Kraft Foods (now Kraft Heinz) working in facility planning, project engineering, and continuous improvement. During her last year of school, she worked at the Illinois Leadership Center coordinating i-Programs for students to grow their leadership skills. Post-graduation, Stephanie took a full-time job with Accenture and started her career as a Business & Systems Integration Analyst. Today, she still works for Accenture but is now a Technology Consulting Manager who focuses on customer information systems and in the utilities industry.
