Koji Intlekofer graduated with a BS from the ISE department at UIUC in 2006. He has gone on to found two companies, both of which were accepted into the prestigious Y-Combinator startup incubator in silicone valley. His focus is on bringing hardware products to market that have a positive social and environmental impact.
As co-founder and CTO of Shift Labs he helped create the DripAssist, a low-cost infusion monitor that has won the MedTech Conference Global Health Innovator Award, an International Design Excellence Award from Industrial Design Society of America, and selected by Popular Mechanics as one of the “12 most important health innovations in 2016.” Current customers for the device come from all over the world, including Doctors Without Borders and the WHO.
