Each semester, the department recognizes four to five outstanding course assistants. These awards were estabilshed in Fall 2018 and have been generously funded by Illinois Computer Science alumnus Scott Fisher (BS Psychology ’72, MS CS ’76). Click here to read more about Fisher's gift.
Faculty should use the Outstanding CA Nomination Form that was sent to them by email to submit their top 1 or 2 nominations.
Nominations are due by Thursday, October 22, by 11:59 PM.

The recipients of the Outstanding CA Awards are determined by the Undergraduate Student Awards Committee based on faculty nominations. Award recipients will be notified this November, but publicly recognized at the Spring 2021 Celebration of Excellence on Thursday, April 8 -- Save the date!
