Julie Jewell is a Manager in Accenture’s Talent and Organization / Human Performance practice, with over 20 years of cross-industry change management, communications, training, and organizational development experience. Her focus on the human side of large-scale system implementations allows Julie to combine her strong technology background with her passion for using technology to improve the lives of the people who use it.   She is currently serving as the Organizational Change Management lead on a multi-year implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System at global Aerospace & Defense client.

Within Accenture, Julie is an active LGBTQI ally and she also serves on the Atlanta Social Justice committee which aims to reshape our work to be more socially responsible, to stand firmly against injustice and disenfranchisement based on race, gender, sexual preference, age, religion, and/or disability and to partner with our clients and our community in doing similarly meaningful work.

Julie earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in General Engineering from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a Masters in Business and Technology degree from University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.   She lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Fred, also a U of I GE graduate.  They have two 20-something children,  Maddie and Max, who are both, as of May 2020, officially college graduates and off the parental payroll!   Outside of work Julie enjoys cooking, reading, travelling, SEC football, and pedaling her Peloton to nowhere.
