Portland Technology Development (PTD), the process technology development body of Intel Corporation is inviting Ph.D. and M.S. students to apply for employment in the area of Resolution Enhancement Technology.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong educational background and solid technical and problem solving capabilities. Successful candidates will work on researching and developing microprocessor fabrication processes for Intel’s next generation microprocessors using state-of-the-art  tools and methods. 

Ph.D. and M.S. candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

1 - Completed their PhD or MS requirements by September 2020.

2 - Majoring in EE, EE&CE, ChemE, Chem, CS, MechE, Mat. Sci., Physics, Biophysics, Math, CivilE, Aerospace, DS, statistics or similar.

3 - Minimum GPA = 3.2/4.0 

4 - Have or can obtain the legal right to work in the United States
