AAUW Work Smart Salary Negotiation Workshop

AAUW Work Smart helps you negotiate your salary for a new job, raise, or promotion. In every two-hour workshop you’ll gain confidence in your negotiation style through facilitated discussion and role-play. For increased safety we are no longer offering a hybrid option in SAB 50, participation will be via Zoom.
While this workshop is targeted at women, men are also welcome to participate.
Brought to you by AAUW, the UIS Career Development Center, the UIS Women’s Center, and the UIS Diversity Center. Open to UIS students, UIS employees, and Springfield, IL community members who register prior to the start of the workshop.
