Physics sophomore Jason Li will discuss analyzing the Internal Quantum Efficiency (IQE) of Indium Gallium Nitride LEDs. He will go over basic semiconductor theory and LED design considerations along methodologies of experimentally determining the IQE using electroluminescence and photoluminescence techniques.
