Molecular and Integrative Physiology (MIP) Department Seminar Series
Dr. Schlachetzki obtained his MD and neurology training in Germany and completed thesis training at UCSD. He is currently a post-doctoral researcher in the laboratory of Dr. Chris Glass at UCSD, where he studies the enhancer landscape of microglia, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes and neurons in health and disease. He currently is the PI on an R21 to study the role of microglia in HIV pathogenesis.
