We will discuss research focused on the identification of the major genetic factors that predispose and cause hypopituitarism and craniofacial disorders in children. Also, research done in mouse models of hypopituitarism (Prop1 mutants) that allows us to propose novel candidate genes for patients without a certain diagnosis.
