The Cargill Global Scholars Program provides awards of $2,500 for up to two years, leadership development seminars, networking events, and mentorship to its recipients. The award is for undergraduate freshman and sophomore students in fields including Agriculture (and related fields), Biochemistry, Biology, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Food Science, and International Relations. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents to apply.
We are hosting an informational event on the Cargill scholarship on Thursday, February 10th, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. The event will be hybrid: held simultaneously at 514 IUB and on Zoom (register here). The session will cover award eligibility, benefits, and application components. There will also be a Q&A period at the end of the session.
