Our instructor is Weimo Zhu. Dr. Zhu is an internationally known scholar in physical activity and health research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Besides his academic accomplishments, Dr. Zhu has practiced and taught fitness and Chinese mind-body exercise, including tai chi and qi gong, for more than 25 years, and has been instrumental in introducing them in the United States and around the world.

Benefits of exercise (Tuesday, October 6 at 5:15 pm): Topics include - physical and emotional benefits of physical activity, new guidelines for physical activity, role of exercise in coping with COVID 19, ways to start and be active.
