Would you like to shed a few pounds? Have you succumbed to the COVID 15? Join us for a series of webinars outlining strategies for losing weight or avoiding weight gain during stressful times. Each virtual session draws from our popular Healthy Weigh program and addresses a different weight management skill. Sessions meet the third Tuesday of each month from noon – 1 pm, starting September 15.

- Tuesday, October 20: Strategically using portion control and calorie density
- Tuesday, November 17: Gaining control through mindful eating
- Tuesday, December 15: Choosing a weight loss program that works for you
You can attend all sessions or just the ones that you find helpful.
