The Spurlock Museum will host Mindful Meditation sessions from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays, November 10 and 17 and December 1, 8, and 15.
Leader Mary Wolters of Green Yoga Spa will help participants bring a focus to their breathing and share tips on how to engage mindfully.
No registration or special equipment is necessary. Participants may attend as many or few sessions as they like. Admission is free.
