The GrOW initiative is an orientation program for incoming graduate students identifying as women and gender minorities in Grainger Engineering. We are inviting new incoming graduate students and recent admits. We aim to create an increased sense of belonging and confidence.
There will be a virtual, anonymous platform available for Q&A. This program is financially supported by a GIANT grant from the IDEA Institute, co-funded by IBM-Illinois DAI.
