Matthew Lindstrom works for Intel's All Cores Engineering (ACE) design group as a CPU Front-End Hardware Engineer on the E-Core team. His primary role is to enhance the performance and efficiency of arithmetic execution units, but has experience previously working on System-On-Chip (SoC) IP integration, developing Analog-RTL for physical interfaces, and driving quality milestones for IP designs. Matthew obtained his Bachelors and Masters of Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan and has a passion to engage with students from UofM and many other colleges to recruit the best talent for internships and fulltime positions. He looks forward to sharing his personal experiences and lessons learnt from his professional career at Intel for the University of Illinois's ECE Exploration seminar.
