Sedelta Oosahwee (Cherokee/Mandan, Hidatsa & Arikara Nation) will share experiential reflections about co-founding a Native American sorority, Gamma Delta Pi (GDP), at the University of Oklahoma. By engaging the medicine wheel, a circular model representing interconnectedness and the evolution of life, Sedelta will explore the role of GDP in creating cultural capital to navigate a Non-Native university setting.
