On Friday, April 23, 2021 at 5:00 pm (CST), Professor Nicole R. Fleetwood will speak about her exhibition Marking Time: Art in the Age of Mass Incarceration, which closed earlier this month at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The highly acclaimed exhibition and catalogue examine the work of incarcerated artists as well as the complex conditions of making art while in prison.
