Kick off the semester with self-care practices. Join us at the Campus Self Care Day to visit with campus partners, enjoy self-care activities and pick up some tips to use throughout the semester. Also join in the Polar Extravaganza on Anniversary Plaza being hosted by Campus Recreation. A variety of games, food and fun along with an opportunity to get moving with a brisk walk around the Quad.
